CF Bakes – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CF Bakes, we ensure that your freshly baked cakes and desserts are delivered safely and on time through reliable delivery partners.

  1. We rely on trusted local delivery services. Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and order details at the time of placing the order to ensure smooth delivery.
  2. All items placed in a single order will be delivered to one delivery address only. If you wish to deliver products to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders for each location.
  3. Our products are freshly prepared and generally delivered on the same day or on the selected delivery date and time slot. Customized and pre-order cakes will be delivered as per the agreed schedule.
  4. Delivery timelines mentioned are approximate. In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, strikes, or other situations beyond our control.
  5. Once your order is out for delivery, you may receive tracking details or delivery confirmation through WhatsApp, SMS, or email (if applicable).
  6. All cakes and desserts are packed in hygienic, sealed, and tamper-proof packaging. Customers are requested to check the package at the time of delivery.
  7. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it.
  8. Take clear photos and inform CF Bakes immediately.
  9. Acceptance of a damaged package will be considered as acceptance in good condition.
  10. CF Bakes is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect address, incomplete contact details, or recipient unavailability at the time of delivery.
  11. Deliveries are normally made between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, all days, excluding extreme weather conditions or government-declared holidays.
  12. In case of any legal requirement, CF Bakes reserves the right to share necessary customer or order information with authorized law enforcement or government authorities as required by law.
